Yes, i may sound happy and hugh but im actually in pain.

My ulcers is killing me. OMG.
I cant stand it you know. I know i sound like a stoopid moron whining about my ulcers.
I SWEAR ITS DAMN FCUKING PAIN.
The ulcers is damn big. I went to measure it and its almost 1cm wide.
